Bath time Shenanigans
Well Rigby got a much needed bath tonight. Although he didn't seem too happy to be there he did very well, and it made his coat super soft!I was also pleased that I didn't find a single flea on him, which I had been a little concerned about since our last shelter pup was covered in them (I'm looking at you Scout!).
Rigs was a true gentleman and didn't have any problems with me cleaning his paws, ears/face, or tail and he didn't mind being picked up to be put in the tub.
It didn't hurt he got plenty of treats for being so good, and even more belly rubs once he was all dried off! I think the promise of belly rubs was the only reason he put up with my bath time singing, if we're being honest.
I forgot in my last post to say that we are fostering Rigby through the Austin Animal Center and he can be viewed on their page, and all adoption application/information can be found on their website:
http://www.austintexas.gov/department/animal-services
But Ryan and I are always happy to answer any question you may have, or find answers if we don't have one right away.
P.S. - I am unsure of his adoption fee (I'm not sure if he is classified as a puppy or adult) but will find out shortly and will be in touch!
Goodnight!
LC
